An order is not accepted until Avore Studios confirms it and successfully processes payment. Customers should carefully review orders before submitting them, as cancellations may not be possible after acceptance.
If an order is declined, modified, or cancelled, we may notify you using the contact information provided with the order.
Orders from resellers or distributors require prior written approval. Purchases are intended for personal or household use and not commercial resale or export.
All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy, including the 30-Day Guarantee for eligible issues.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown when the order is placed and will appear in your confirmation email.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
U.S. delivery typically takes up to 14 days after shipment, excluding processing time. Certain high-demand items may require an additional 5–10 business days for production.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, seasonal demand, or circumstances outside our control.
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@avorestudios.com. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible and additional shipping charges may apply.
Avore Studios is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier. Avore Studios is not responsible for carrier delays or failures.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Services, including trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, reviews, videos, audio, and website design, belongs to Avore Studios, its affiliates, or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Avore Studios is powered by Shopify. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Avore Studios.
Shopify is not responsible for sales, purchases, products, injuries, damages, or losses resulting from transactions between you and Avore Studios.

Avore Studios does not guarantee that:

4. Products or services purchased will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avore Studios, its partners, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, Shopify, and related parties will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products.
This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, and similar damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avore Studios, Shopify, and their affiliates, partners, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses resulting from:

2. Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
3. Your use of the Services.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

These Terms and referenced policies represent the complete agreement between you and Avore Studios regarding use of the Services.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission from Avore Studios.
Avore Studios may assign or transfer its rights and obligations without your consent.
SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the Services must be brought in the applicable state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
The latest version of these Terms will be available on our website.
Avore Studios may update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time by posting an updated version.
You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
SECTION 24 - REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-Day Guarantee beginning when an order is marked delivered by the carrier.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, you may qualify for a replacement or refund.
(a) Eligibility Requirements
To qualify:
1. Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
2. Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue and original packaging.
3. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
(b) Exclusions
The guarantee does not cover:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size selection.
- Differences caused by monitor or display settings.
- Carrier or customs delays.
- Packages lost or stolen after being marked delivered.
(c) Resolution Process
After reviewing a claim, Avore Studios may offer a replacement or refund at its discretion.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
(d) How to File a Claim
1. Email support@avorestudios.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Include required photos and/or videos.
3. Claims must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
(e) No Extended Warranty
Except as specifically stated above, Avore Studios provides no additional express or implied product warranties.
The 30-Day Guarantee begins when the carrier marks the order delivered and expires 30 days later.
(f) Final Decision
Avore Studios reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet these requirements. Decisions under this policy are final.
SECTION 25 - CHARGEBACKS
Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact Avore Studios at avorestudiosbusiness@gmail.com and allow us an opportunity to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we may:
1. Dispute the chargeback with the payment provider.
2. Recover reversed amounts and applicable fees or costs.
3. Suspend or terminate your account and refuse future orders.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be treated as theft and referred to the appropriate authorities.
